Samsung Corby Pro - What They Left out...

I'm not going to do a review on the Galaxy S II or the 9 Series Notebook. Simply because that's what everyone jumps to and not everyone has those particular gadgets. I will talk about gadgets the majority of the population has like the Samsung Corby Pro.

Samsung-B5310 CorbyPRO

The Samsung Corby-Pro aka Samsung Genio Slide is described in many blogs and reviews as the best of the Corby series. The 'Ultimate Corby' some would say. It boasts a wide selection of features and is only lacking a little to achieve perfection.

This phone is clearly designed with the young in mind. Its is the perfect tool for teens, IM, texting and social network masters. It provides an easy interface and perfect shortcuts to access to these. The CorbyPro is a touchscreen with a slide out QWERTY keyboard which is magnificent.

The phones design follows the general design of all its predecessors. But don't let that fool you, this Corby has a few tricks up its sleeves. With Wi-Fi and 3G Networking, your browsing experience will be quite enjoyable. And a widget bar for all those internet shortcuts like Facebook, Twitter and Gmail.

With Video Calling, Email integration and a beautiful 3.2 Megapixel camera, and an image editor, you'll never run out of something to do. I have used a number of phones with slide out QWERTY keyboards and I have to admit, they weren't memorable. But this one has given me hope.

The Corby Pro is only a few steps from being a smartphone and shows it has the capabilities. However it was deprived of this privilege, Sadly no Android for the phone. Also they could have also done a better job with its Music Player, it hosts a scrolling problem. The phones browser also has a tendency to be unable to open large web pages.

Overall I love the phone, its quite awesome and the features are cool. Only thing is that they were stingy giving it certain functions and features...
