How To Download Youtube Videos Using Google Chrome

So Internet Download Manager (IDM) used to be the best Windows application for downloading anything anywhere on the internet. But recently I noticed that YouTube channels that were using the new YouTube format blocked downloading of their videos with IDM.

Gladly I found a solution today, a procedure that will take you less than 10 minutes and have you downloading your videos immediately...

E3 Reaction: Microsoft vs. Sony: The Console War Is Over, For Now

Both companies have new goals and the contrasts at E3 illustrated them.

That's Microsoft and Sony out of the way, then, and in immediate hindsight it's tempting to say that they opted for the same approach overall. Both conferences were relatively conservative affairs compared to the pageantry and showboating of previous years (apparently you don't know what you've got with a space poncho until it's gone), as both companies presumably played the strongest hand they could muster while keeping a lot in reserve for the inevitable unveiling of next-generation consoles in 2013. However, upon closer inspection there were a number of stark contrasts.

A Favicon (short for Favorite icon), also known as a shortcut icon, Web site icon, URL icon, or bookmark icon, is a file containing one or more small icons, most commonly 16×16 pixels, associated with a particular Web site or Web page. A web designer can create such an icon and install it into a Web site (or Web page) by several means, and graphical web browsers will then make use of it.

Browsers that provide Favicon support typically display a page's Favicon in the browser's address bar (sometimes in the history as well) and next to the page's name in a list of bookmarks. Browsers that support a tabbed document interface typically show a page's Favicon next to the page's title on the tab, and site-specific browsers use the Favicon as desktop icon.

Almost There!

So I believe my ISP now has everything up and running. My connection has been reestablished, just a 48 hour reboot is required.

So by my calculation, I should be fully operational on Sunday. And to Hallmark this, I'll go against my schedule and give you  Sunday post.

Where Is VB Kid?

As you may have noticed, I haven't been posting that much recently. And I thought as my loyal viewers should know what is up with the Source Code...

Apparently my ISP is currently undergoing a system upgrade so I am completely incapable of posting on my PC.

What's worse is they don't know when they'll be done. So please, bear with the VB Kid. I will however, keep you updated. But the content of the posts won't be as extensive as usual.
